Welcome to the
Doverbrook Unit Owners Association Website.

The Annual Meeting scheduled for April 8, 2008, was not actually the Annual Meeting. There was no Annual Report as Rosemary Costa, Chairperson was not in attendance.

There was also no Annual Meeting because there was no budget presented. Just as well because there was also no accountant. Steve Lemanis said the accountant got lost. Later it was explained that the accountant had the wrong date.

So the next meeting was the scheduled Open Unit Owners Meeting scheduled for April 24, 2008. This meeting was cancelled however, and rescheduled for April 25, 2008, with only one day's notice.
