The Doverbrook Landscaping Committee was established approximately in the spring of 2007, and was given the task of making recommendations for landscaping of the Doverbrook Condominium Trust property and grounds. The Menu on the left detail all the Landscaping Committee projects to date. Minutes of the Landscaping Committee are noted as well. On October 24, 2007, The Landscaping
Committee submitted an interim report the the Board of Trustees with
recommendations including a budget. On October 31, 2007, The Board of
Trustees sent an email stating the they were going to "hold off..." On November 2, 2007, the Landscaping
Committee sent a letter to the Board of Trustees rejecting the decision
of the Board of Trustees, and questioning 5 specific areas. On November 7, 2007, the Doverbrook
Board of Trustees in a letter to the Doverbrook Landscaping
Committee, unanimously decided to disband the Landscaping Committee. On November 18, 2008, Paul Rogers (28
Doverbrook Road) sent a letter to the Doverbrook Board of Trustees
indicating that he did not participate in the drafting of the
Landscaping Committee letter dated November 2, 2007.
